From past one year, experiencing acidity, bloating, burping and mid abdominal pain and indigestion, weakness. sometime chest pain and joint pain. all of a sudden, some food which I took in my day to day life, causing the problem worse. recently experiencing weight loss and loss of appetite past month diagnostic - LAX LES, Fungal infection in esophagus. bilirubin slightly elevated. USG is normal. How can I heal this?
This seems like a hypoacidity issue which has further aggravated into SIBO and SIFO which is causing most of your symptoms. Correcting the acid levels should be our first priority. Start with licorice tea 30 mins before meals and chew a small piece of ginger before your meals to jumpstart the digestive juices. The Lax LES is happening because of your low stomach acid - it is not closing completely. Fungal infection as well should not ideally take place in the esophagus but due to all the overgrowth in the intestines it has come up to the esophagus. Antimicrobials like neem oil will help in killing the bad fungus and bacteria from the gut. If the problem persists, I would recommend contacting our doctors to help you find the right diet and guidance needed.
Thavira doesn't sell supplements. We don't have a product line. We have doctors — AYUSH-certified, BNYS-qualified — who treat chronic gut conditions using an integrated clinical protocol. Naturopathy, herbology, yoga, meditation, acupressure, hydrotherapy, and targeted supplementation — all sequenced and personalised to your body. The goal is that by the end of your protocol, you don't need us anymore. Your gut heals, the supplements phase out, and you live normally. That's what permanent healing looks like.
