Doctor's Answer

Feeling bloated and gassy after a protein rich meal and feeling the urge to go to the toilet after eating is a sign of low acid and even IBS. The pain could be associated with inflammation in the liver as well. I would suggest getting your liver USG done as well as liver profile test to confirm for fatty liver. I would suggest you stop eating non veg completely till you find whether the pain is because of protein or fats. This will help in isolating the root cause. I would suggest you contact us after you get your test results so we can help you better in identifying what exactly is the problem and help you further
