Doctor's Answer

Hello, along with IBS-M it's mostly likely youare also having something called as leaky gut. Now in the case of leaky gut, no matter how much you eat, your food is unable to breakdown properly and your intestines are unable to absorb the nutrients therefore making your body weaker and worsening the condtion. The priority should be dealing with repairing of your gut lining first and slowing your food intolrence, malaborption or weight loss will fall in place. Start with a Low-FODMAP diet first, add boiled apple once a day and go for detox teas instead of juices for the healing. the lining. I would suggest you to book a consultation with us as it would really help you in this case.

When symptoms return after treatment, it's rarely because the treatment was wrong. It's because healing the gut requires multiple layers — the lining, the bacterial balance, the nervous system, the diet — addressed in the right order. Miss one layer, and the others can't hold. At Thavira Health, our AYUSH-certified doctors treat all layers in a structured, personalised sequence. That's why our patients stop needing medication — not because they're managing better, but because the gut has actually healed. Attend our information-packed webinar or speak to our doctors on a one-on-one call: thavira.health.
