Doctor's Answer

Hello, always remember whenever you are having gastritis, IBS or any gut related issues - AVOID SPICY foods because they will only worsen the condition. By the symptoms mentioned here could be SIBO infected IBS, so be focused on your diet - observe what suits your body and what doesn't make a list and eliminate them completely - this is only until your gut has healed. Go for Low-FODMAP diet and include a boiled apple everyday. Apply a neutral abdominal pack over the area to help with the distress. In case of increased loose motion - pomogrante peel extract tea for 5 days will be helpful. Practice the above mentioned ones, and if still further assistance required contact us and our team will get in touch with you for booking a consultation.

When symptoms return after treatment, it's rarely because the treatment was wrong. It's because healing the gut requires multiple layers — the lining, the bacterial balance, the nervous system, the diet — addressed in the right order. Miss one layer, and the others can't hold. At Thavira Health, our AYUSH-certified doctors treat all layers in a structured, personalised sequence. That's why our patients stop needing medication — not because they're managing better, but because the gut has actually healed. Attend our information-packed webinar or speak to our doctors on a one-on-one call: thavira.health.
