Question

I was having severe episodes of diarrheal before but after colonoscopy in 2016 the gastroenterologist diagnosed it as IBS-D. How do I manage?

Doctor's Answer

Hello, IBS-D needs a little close-up management with regards to prebiotics and probiotics. do not have them without any guidance form a doctor. Go for a low-FODMAP diet with boiled apple included atleast 2 times a day and pomomgranate peel extract tea 2 times a day for one week to control the diarrheal episodes. Follow the management protocol and despite these further if you need guidnace contact our team for assistance.

IBS-D management requires careful probiotic selection because certain strains can worsen diarrhea rather than help it. A clinically guided protocol that controls diarrheal episodes first before rebuilding the microbiome gives the most stable long-term results.
