IBS
Question

I occasionally hear sounds from my gut, like there is movement of gas and sometimes incomplete motion. Could it be something serious?

Hello, usually your food moves along your entire digestive system through a process called peristalsis. When this becomes slow or is not signalled properly it may lead to constipation or incomplete bowel movement along with other factors of course. This could be the reason why you hear sounds too - nothing serious until the intensity and duration keeps getting worse, then you definetly have to start taking care of your food habits and sleep. Go for cooked fibre food or vegetables and at night before sleep 1/2 tbsp of triphala powder in warm water for completely clearing out the bowels.
