Question

I get loose stools and have a constant pain in the left side. When I sleep on that side the pain goes away, I am not sure what it could be?

Doctor's Answer

There could be an inflammation in the large intestine or your stomach which is causing the persistent pain. Loose stools are often a sign that the body is sensitive and inflamed. We will need more information to provide you with a solution. please contact our team to book a consultation so we can create a proper case and help you out.

Persistent left-sided pain with loose stools often indicates inflammation in the descending colon — which responds well to an anti-inflammatory diet and gut lining support when addressed early. Positional pain relief — feeling better when lying on one side — is a recognised pattern in colon-related inflammation and is worth investigating properly.

If nothing has worked so far, it doesn't mean you're beyond healing. It means the approach was incomplete — treatments tried in isolation, without the sequence that makes them stick. Every patient who walks into Thavira has tried something before. Most have tried everything. And most of them heal — completely, permanently — because for the first time, all the right treatments are working together in the right order. Our AYUSH-certified doctors will build that protocol around your body and your life. The healing you've been looking for is still possible. See how at our webinar — or book a one-on-one consultation call: thavira.health.
