I am suffering from IBS-C, Weight loss, dyspepsia and SIBO/SIFO as well. What should I do to cure this?
All of the conditions are closely interlinked together. Dyspepsia leads to slow overgrowth of bad bacteria and fungi which are supposed to die in the stomach acid. This damages the gut lining leading to inflammation as is observed in IBS-C leading to SIBO and SIFO. What I would suggest is stop taking high carb meals as they support the overgrowth of bad bacteria in the gut. Take more soluble fibre. and start with a LOW FODMAP diet to prevent further inflammation of the intestines. I would suggest you consult with our doctors who can help you better with the diet plan and protocol needed to completely reverse your condition back to health. It is reversible!
