IBS
Question

Daily I have to go to washroom atleast 4 times a day, almost everytime after I eat something. But sometimes I am constipated too. From what I've gathered so far, I think I might be having IBS-M. Am I right? And if yes, what can we do to improve my variable digestion?

You are correct about IBS-M, but because this has progressed slowly you also food intolerences leading to irritation of the gut lining. Not to worry, start by noticing what food items or situations are worsening your gut condition and make list - eliminate them first. Then go for a Low-FODMAP diet to ease up your digestion. Start with pomogranate peel tea to control your diarrheal episodes with one boiled apple everyday in the evening to improve the stool consistency.
