Hello, chronic gastritis with H.pylori. I did undergo the triple therapy with antibiotics. Post treatment it was nice but 2 years later my symptoms started showing again and I have Grade 1 Fatty Liver. I don't understand what to do now? Is it possible to reverse both the conditions?
Hello, H.Pylori once infected causes damage to the gut lining and mucus layer which is why most of the time symptoms repeat despite the anti-biotic course. With respect to the fat that the liver is also slightly overloaded, a good personalised combination of diet, supplements, herbs and hydrotherapy can help in reversing the both the conditions gradually. For now go for an anti-inflammatory diet, no grain diet with kokum extract or cabbage juice 3 times a week to help with the symptoms. Practice cold abdomen pack atleast once a day. Still if needed book a consultation with us and after understanding your case better our doctors can guide precisely.
H. pylori combined with a stressed liver is a pattern where both conditions reinforce each other — the bacterial toxins increase liver load, and the compromised bile affects the gut environment. Treating both systems together is what breaks the cycle.
