Doctor's Answer

One starting point is deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL) or plain licorice tea (in safe doses). It helps protect the stomach lining and makes the stomach environment less friendly for H. pylori. Along with this, eating freshly cooked, non-spicy food and avoiding tea, coffee, and outside food is important.

Natural treatment works best when it’s structured and monitored, because in some cases H. pylori needs stronger support to clear fully.

Contact our team for a consultation so we can decide which herbs, duration, and diet changes are right for you, and whether natural therapy alone is sufficient in your case.

H. pylori leaves behind damage to the stomach lining even after the bacteria is cleared. Healing that lining with specific herbs and diet is what prevents symptoms from returning after treatment ends.

At Thavira Health, we've seen this pattern hundreds of times. The individual treatments aren't wrong — the probiotics, the herbs, the diet changes. What's missing is the sequence. Our AYUSH-certified doctors combine naturopathy, herbology, supplements, yoga, meditation, acupressure, and hydrotherapy into one protocol, in the right order, personalised to your body. The result isn't temporary relief. It's permanent healing — and eventually, no medication at all. If you want to understand what that looks like for your specific condition, join our information-packed gut health webinar at thavira.health — or connect with our doctors directly on a one-on-one consultation call.
