Doctor's Answer

Bloating and Flatulence can be a sign of either low acid and/or SIBO. So I would suggest starting with low carb diet. eating small portions of carbs and more portions of vegetables and proteins. This will stop feeding th bad bacteria in your gut. Avoid sugar and processed food strictly. I would suggest checking for lactose intolerance as well. and avoid milk in general till it is confirmed. If the problem persists, you can contact our team and we can help in finding the root cause of your issue.

Bloating and flatulence from low acid or SIBO share the same mechanism — undigested food feeding bacteria higher up in the gut than it should. Correcting the root cause, rather than managing the gas, is what gives lasting relief.

Managed gut conditions don't stay managed forever. PPIs taken long-term deplete magnesium and B12. Chronic inflammation increases intestinal permeability. Unresolved H. pylori raises the risk of gastric ulcers. The system that's keeping your symptoms quiet is not keeping you healthy. At Thavira Health, our AYUSH-certified doctors treat what's actually happening in the gut — not just what you feel on the surface. Seven integrated modalities. Permanent healing, not long-term medication dependency. Understand the full picture at our webinar — or book a one-on-one consultation call at thavira.health.
