I have very bad upper abdomen pain - so when I got it checked the endoscopy results suggested erosive gastritis. I am currently on a medication for IBS and nothing for upper abdomen pain. What should I do? Is there anything that I can start with?
Hello, erosive gastritis clearly indicates that the walls and the mucous lining is damaged leading to the upper abdomen pain. Although you are getting treated for IBS it is important to get treated for erosive gastritis too. Naturally with our integrated approach we can help you reverse the condition completely but it will take a few months with your consisitency too. If possible for now do apply neutral abdomen pack for the pain, licorice tea to help with the mucous lining healing and no grain diet to go lighter on digestion. I would recommed you book a consultation with our doctors so we can help you understand the condition and it's seriousness better to go with the treatment.
