Doctor's Answer

Hello, yes it can be cured, might take a few months since there is both antral gastritis and IBS-M to heal the lining and rebuild the microbiome balance. Go for a Low-FODMAP diet including boiled apple atleast once a day for lower gut management. Start with licorice tea 30 minutes before meals or ginger tea immediately post meals to aid digestion. Avoid gluten, diary, spicy, raw fibres and heavy protein sources. Just for a month atleast strictly follow the diet given and when you feel better for further guidance and help book a consultation with us.

Antral gastritis combined with IBS-M means the gut needs healing at multiple levels simultaneously — the stomach lining, the lower bowel inflammation, and the bacterial balance. A protocol that addresses all three in the right order gives lasting results.

Here's what life looks like for most Thavira patients after completing the protocol — eating without a list of safe foods, sleeping without reflux interrupting the night, going through a full day without a single gut symptom. No antacid before meals. No emergency bathroom calculations. Just normal. That's the outcome we design every protocol around. Our AYUSH-certified doctors use 7 integrated healing modalities — personalised, sequenced, and adjusted weekly. Want to see the path from where you are to where you want to be?
