My name is Mukeshbhai, I am suffering from liver cirrhosis and I am starting to feel bloated in the stomach along with gases and constipation. I have also recently started getting a lot of skin allergies. What should I do?

Doctor's Answer

Liver cirrhosis is a sign that the liver is not detoxing itself properly and there is extra load on it. I would suggest to keep your blood sugar levels in control. Take low carb diet and take some liver support herbs like milk thistle along with turmeric and black pepper. Along with that avoid all sorts of sugar and bakery products. And avoid alcohol completely. The cirrhosis stage is severe in itself. So for a proper guidance we will need to take your complete history. Please do contact our team so we can guide you better.

Liver cirrhosis at any stage requires careful gut support because the gut-liver axis is significantly compromised — toxins the liver cannot process recirculate and worsen symptoms. A structured protocol that supports both organs together is the correct approach.

Your gut is not broken. It is inflamed, damaged, and out of balance — but it is designed to heal. What it needs is the right support, in the right order, for long enough to rebuild. At Thavira Health, that's exactly what our protocol provides. Seven healing modalities — naturopathy, herbology, supplements, yoga, meditation, acupressure, and hydrotherapy — personalised by AYUSH-certified doctors and adjusted every week based on how your body responds. Most patients are off medication completely by the time they finish. Ready to see what's possible? Join our webinar or book a consultation call: thavira.health.
