This is a sign of laxative dependency. You have taken laxatives for so long that your gut muscles have become dysfunctional. This is something that we have to work with in close monitoring. Take a spoonful of ghee with your food. Add okra water to you daily routine, and start following a fixed timings for your diet. Sleep on time, reset your circadian rhythm and disturbed vagal tone. Sit in sunlight early in the morning to activate the circadian rhythm and avoid staying up too late. Go for walks, do yoga to stimulate your gut motility. I would recommend contact us, so we can give you a proper protocol but we need to stop your laxative abuse as soon as possible befroe your intestinal health gets even worse.

Most protocols give you a fixed plan and leave you to follow it. The problem is that your body responds differently at week 2 than it does at week 8. What helps at the start can become irrelevant — or even counterproductive — as your gut begins to heal. At Thavira Health, our AYUSH-certified doctors review and adjust your protocol every single week. That's what makes the difference between temporary improvement and permanent healing. If you want to understand how this works for your specific condition, our information-packed webinar is the place to start — or book a consultation call directly: thavira.health.
