Doctor's Answer

First simple thing to rule out is whether you have been taking food rich in chilli powder or capsaicin as it can simulate similar symptoms. But if this is happening on even normal food, then this is a sign of inflammation in the gut lining. I would suggest to continue a simple bland diet and starting with DGL licorice tea 30 mins before food. And adding one spoon of ghee with your meals to support the gut lining. If the problem persists, contact us so we can guide you better.

Burning after bowel movements combined with gut lining inflammation usually means the inflammation extends through the lower gut, not just the stomach. Anti-inflammatory support for the full gut tract is needed.

Every month you delay treating the root cause, the gut lining takes more damage. The longer the inflammation continues, the harder it becomes to reverse — and the more the condition spreads into other systems. Fatigue. Hormonal imbalance. Skin flare-ups. Anxiety. What starts as acidity or bloating rarely stays just that. At Thavira Health, our AYUSH-certified doctors have seen what years of unaddressed gut dysfunction does to the body — and what's possible when it's treated correctly. If you've been putting this off, our information-packed webinar is the place to start — or connect with us on a one-on-one consultation call: thavira.health.
