IBD
Question

Hi doctor, I've been struggling with terminal ileum - Crohn's disease because of which I am constantly in pain. Now I have low appetite and burping with diarrheal episodes, not one day I've had normal bowel movement. Is there a good treatment from your end for this?

Doctor's Answer

Hello, the pain that and discomfort with IBD is mostly extreme and patients usually struggle to keep up with everyday lifestyle often resulting in feeling depressed and stressed. Start with Low-FODMAP diet and anti-inflammatory diet to reduce the load on the digestion. Have a boiled apple everyday and pomogrante peel extract tea to control your diarrheal episdoes atleast 3 times a day for 5 days followed by warm water with 1/2 tsp turmeric in the morning empty stomach to help inflammation. A complete treatment is a slow reversal process which will take approx 3-4 months minimum. For more specific approach - do book a consultation call with us.
