Doctor's Answer

Hello, liver enzymes especailly bile is very important for stool formation. Elevated liver enzymes indicate compromise in your body's metaboliam and needs to be addressed immediately to treat your condition better. You can start milk thistle extract to stregthen the liver and slowly move on to anti-inflammatory diet, avoid gluten, diary and grains. Keep a track of your body's symptoms to notice any visible changes in the symptoms. Streghtening your liver is the priority before handling any other issue. I would strongly suggest you to get a consulataion booked so we can understand your case better and give you a much better protocol.
