Doctor's Answer

Firstly, to address pre-diabetes, there is excess sugar in your blood - probably due to carb rich diet. So switch to a low carb diet. Start walking after meals to improve absorption and glucose load. If weight loss is progressive - it could be a sign of nutritional malabsorption. But regardless based on just this information alone, I would suggest taking methi seeds early in the morning and taking bitter gourd juice to improve insulin and sugar control. If the problem persists or get worse, do contact us so we can guide you personally on what to do next.

Prediabetes and progressive weight loss together point to insulin resistance combined with gut malabsorption. Correcting gut function alongside blood sugar management is what allows both conditions to stabilise.
