Gut Dysbiosis
Question

I’m 27 years old (male). My stool color keeps changing—sometimes dark brown, sometimes normal, sometimes mixed. I have gas problems and have lost 4 kg in the last 7 months. Stool test, CBC, liver function, sugar, and thyroid tests are all normal. What could be the reason?

When routine tests are normal, it usually points to poor digestion and absorption related probalem. Drink 1 glass of warm water early in the morning. Eat at fixed times every day as it helps resets vagus nerve. Make sure you take a walk for 15 minutes after meals everyday. If your weight loss increases over time, please contact us so we can start with a proper protocol.

When tests are normal but symptoms persist, it usually means the issue is functional — the gut is not broken, but it is not working efficiently. Gut motility, enzyme output, and bacterial balance are all factors that standard tests don't capture.
