Doctor's Answer

All of the symptoms point to nutrition malabsorption and could even be associated with diabetes. I would recommend taking Vitamin D supplementation everyday to cover the deficiency along with iron supplementation. The fix the weak digestion, I would recommend taking carminatives like coriander-cumin-fennel tea before meals. We will need more information about your symptoms to understand what exactly is the root cause of the problem. So please contact our team so we can take a complete consultation and understand you better.

Multiple nutritional deficiencies alongside digestive symptoms is a clear signal that the gut lining is not absorbing properly — not just that the diet is insufficient. Supplementing without healing the lining first gives limited results.

Most protocols give you a fixed plan and leave you to follow it. The problem is that your body responds differently at week 2 than it does at week 8. What helps at the start can become irrelevant — or even counterproductive — as your gut begins to heal. At Thavira Health, our AYUSH-certified doctors review and adjust your protocol every single week. That's what makes the difference between temporary improvement and permanent healing. If you want to understand how this works for your specific condition, our information-packed webinar is the place to start — or book a consultation call directly: thavira.health.
