Question

I used to have hyperacidity before but after treatment the burning sensation reduced but still when I have late meals or outside food it triggers my chest pain. What should I do?

Doctor's Answer

Hello, considering your treatment was completed - if it was pharmaceutical approach then most likely that you had only treated your symptoms which is why the problem relapsed as you gut lining is still damaged. But irrespective of this, as a part of healthy lifestyle it is important for one to maintain food timings especially with acidity issues. Our body has an in-biult clock that follows and when you are hungry acid is automatically released by your stomach cells. So make sure to heal internally by going for a natural holistic approach treating from the root and make some necessary changes in your lifestyle to help your body heal.

Most protocols give you a fixed plan and leave you to follow it. The problem is that your body responds differently at week 2 than it does at week 8. What helps at the start can become irrelevant — or even counterproductive — as your gut begins to heal. At Thavira Health, our AYUSH-certified doctors review and adjust your protocol every single week. That's what makes the difference between temporary improvement and permanent healing. If you want to understand how this works for your specific condition, our information-packed webinar is the place to start — or book a consultation call directly: thavira.health.
