I have leaky gut and psoriatic arthritis. Can't eat any kind of carbs/sugars or fat. Is there any cure to this?
Autoimmune conditions like psoriatic arthritis often stem from leaky gut. So treating the leaky gut should be the first priority. I would recommend starting L-glutamine to heal the gut lining and start with a low carb diet. Along with that stress management is a must, because autoimmunity flares up with stress. So it is best to keep calm, practice yoga and meditation. For the psoriatic flakes, apply coconut oil on it and always keep it moisturized - the more dry it stays the more it will flare up. This condition is curable with right guidance, but needs close monitoring. I would recommend getting in touch with us so we can guide you properly.
At Thavira Health, we've seen this pattern hundreds of times. The individual treatments aren't wrong — the probiotics, the herbs, the diet changes. What's missing is the sequence. Our AYUSH-certified doctors combine naturopathy, herbology, supplements, yoga, meditation, acupressure, and hydrotherapy into one protocol, in the right order, personalised to your body. The result isn't temporary relief. It's permanent healing — and eventually, no medication at all. If you want to understand what that looks like for your specific condition, join our information-packed gut health webinar at thavira.health — or connect with our doctors directly on a one-on-one consultation call.
